Same here, it was a really bad winter in Ontario.
Painting sunny spring landscapes somewhat offsets the dullness and bleakness of winter.
It’s about time to start enjoying outdoors and sunshine again.
Still didn’t post the new landscape, but it had very good response on Facebook. Maybe tomorrow.
This is a time when we could hope to renew energy and motivation, I so much would love that!

I don’t any longer paint winter, I just dislike it so much that I cannot do that. Therefore, straight after New Year, I move onto the spring subjects. For watercolor, it is floral paintings at the moment, for acrylic – I am finishing up the paintings from previous year’s art classes. I am about to publish more with progression paint steps. 2 more paintings are ready, I still have watercolor class today, and then I can publish something.
I adore how you are exploring all kinds of ways of creating art.
